Kindly read the terms and conditions before sending the deposit.

✓ Deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and can not be used for any other services under any conditions, no last-minute emergencies, and no shows. If you do not show up for your service without any notification, we have to charge you the full amount for the service.

✓ In case of cancellation of the appointment less than 48 hours before, there will be a full charge for the full service.

✓ Not to have any confusion, and to be very clear with all booking and price quotes, email is the best way to reach us.

✓ Covid wedding (the paid deposit will be valid up to six months in case the wedding gets cancelled/rescheduled). However, there is no return of deposit under any circumstances.

✓ Be advised to be on time; if you are more than 15 minutes late, you may lose your booking because of our busy schedule; we have to take the next appointment.

✓ We don’t offer Russian, extreme crimping, editorial hairstyling, or makeup.

✓ Kids (under 10 years of age) are absolutely NOT allowed in the salon due to safety reasons unless they have appointments booked.

✓ If you are on any specific/prescribed medicine or diet or have any health condition or allergies to any product/chemical, you have to specify before booking and let your artist know before they start your appointment.

✓ Kindly note that we are strictly a women’s-only salon/studio. Men are not allowed inside the salon at all.

✓ No attendees or friends/family are allowed to do “their own makeup and hairstyling” at the salon if they are coming with the bride or bridal party. Kindly have your makeup and hairstyle done at home or have other arrangements.
