Is Noreen's Xception Beauty Studio really women-only?
Yes — our studio is a female-only space, and male guests are not permitted inside. We want every client to feel completely comfortable and at ease during their visit.
Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking ahead to guarantee availability, especially for weekends and bridal bookings. You can book directly through our website or by calling us at 905-821-1565.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes. A deposit is required to confirm your appointment (30% for bridal bookings). All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and secure your appointment date and time.
Can I bring a friend or family member with me?
To keep the studio relaxing and professional, we ask that only booked clients attend their appointments unless a guest has been previously approved by management.
What if I'm running late?
Please try to arrive on time. If you arrive 20 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, you may be subject to a $50 late fee or cancellation, depending on availability.
Do you offer bridal trials?
Yes — our bridal packages include a full consultation and trial run before your big day, so you can relax knowing exactly what to expect.
Do you negotiate on pricing?
Our prices are fixed to reflect the quality and experience of our services. We do, however, offer a variety of packages at different price points to suit different budgets.
